Rewriting the Stories

Your beliefs determine how you show up every day. They can either be your barrier or your breakthrough. Learn how to loosen the grip of limiting belief & choose more aligned ones.

WEEK FOUR:

E-motions (energy in motion)
Learning how to let emotions move through you instead of holding them in, pushing them away or becoming overwhelmed. Build emotional resilience and feel safer experiencing anger & frustration.

WEEK FIVE:

Shining light on your shadows
Explore the different parts shaping your reactions, like the people pleaser, perfectionist or inner critic. Understand where they formed, what they need & begin releasing patterns keeping you stuck.

About Jodie

Hi, I’m Jodie - wellbeing and mindset coach, Master NLP practitioner, hypnotherapist, Advanced Lightning Process practitioner, nervous system alchemist, spiritual seeker, and proud single mum to my 2 sweet girls. (We all wear a lot of hats don’t we?)

My own journey - from recovering from chronic fatigue 17+ years ago to navigating a major lifequake more recently (moving country, divorce, becoming a full-time single mum) - has required me to draw on every tool I now teach and go even deeper into nervous system regulation, somatic work, plus identity-level changes to really embody the woman I want to become on a soul level.

I’m still very much on this path, practicing what I teach every day.

I created Becoming Her to offer a truly foundational, holistic approach, one that supports mental and physical wellbeing and fits into busy lives.

I’ll be walking this journey alongside you, not as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone who deeply understands this work and lives it.

FAQ

  • Because I’m not teaching this from the sidelines. Yes, I have 7+ years of experience coaching people through chronic illness, anxiety, burnout, confidence issues, and huge identity shifts. But the real reason this course exists is because I’ve had to use every single one of these tools myself… not in theory, but in the middle of some of the most destabilising years of my life.

    Divorce. Moving countries. Becoming a single mum. Rebuilding my business from scratch. Sitting in uncertainty and having to figure out who I was becoming when everything familiar had fallen away. It’s been messy, humbling and at times really fucking hard. And this work is what helped me rebuild… not just my life externally, but how I feel inside myself.

    Becoming Her isn’t fake positivity or pretending everything’s easy. It’s grounded, honest, nervous-system-informed work that helps you shift the patterns that keep you stuck, so you can grow into a version of yourself who feels calmer, clearer, more confident and more you.

  • Becoming Her is delivered through live weekly Zoom calls with me every Wednesday from 6–7pm, starting 15th April. You’ll also have access to a private Facebook community for the duration of the course, where I’ll be answering your questions, offering support, and sharing additional tools and guidance along the way.

  • No problem. All calls will be recorded so you can catch up in your own time. Recordings will be available to watch throughout the course and until XXX, so you can revisit anything whenever you need until that date.

  • A huge part of my work over the past 7 years has been supporting people with chronic physical symptoms, anxiety, nervous system dysregulation and trauma. Some of these principles are naturally woven into Becoming Her. However, this course is primarily educational and forward-focused. It’s designed for women who feel ready to step into the next version of themselves, not to process acute trauma or replace therapy or medical treatment.

    If you’re currently in a very raw or acute phase of trauma, PTSD or severe symptoms, 1:1 coaching, the Lightning Process seminar, or working alongside a medical professional may be more appropriate support. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out and I’d be happy to guide you.

  • Not at all. Becoming Her is designed for both women who are brand new to this work, and those who’ve already started exploring personal growth but feel overwhelmed by it all and aren’t quite sure how to actually apply what they know. This course helps bridge that gap between understanding something intellectually and actually embodying it in your day-to-day life.

  • Our weekly calls are one hour. Alongside that, I’d recommend around an hour of reflection throughout the week, plus small daily practices to help embed the shifts. The truth is, sustainable change comes from consistency. Simply attending the calls won’t create transformation on its own. It’s the willingness to engage with the tools and gently implement them that creates real change.

    To reassure you though, I’m the CEO of my household (single mum to two kids and an 80lb golden retriever!) and running my own biz so I fully understand that life is busy! Everything I teach is designed to be practical, realistic, and doable within a full life.

  • Yes. I’ll be active inside the private Becoming Her Facebook community almost daily throughout the 8 weeks. You’ll be able to ask questions, share wins, get support, and I’ll also be posting extra resources, tools, and guidance as needed.

  • By the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll have a completely new understanding of yourself and a set of tools you can return to to support you as you grow into the version of Her you’re Becoming. Of course, everyone’s journey is different, and your results will depend on where you’re starting from and how willing you are to engage with and embody the work. I’m not into quick fixes… my style is helping you create lasting internal shifts. And for those who truly lean in, this work is deeply transformative. Clients will leave feeling lighter. Calmer. Clearer. More connected to who they are underneath all that conditioning, self-doubt and survival mode. And finally allow themselves to embrace their unique awesomeness!
